This book contains 50 wise sayings from the field of
creation, design and life in general.
- I don’t know the key to success, but the key to failure is
trying to please everybody.
- Imagination is more important than knowledge.
- Anything worth doing is worth doing slowly.
Each saying is presented in the form of a genuine poster,
each in a different font. Not surprisingly, the form of this book is just as
important as its content. Typographer Joke Gossé gives a unique design to each
quote using both existing and specially designed fonts. The author of each
quote is mentioned, alongside a short description of the font. A genuine
keepsake for designers, philosophers and other creative spirits.
